This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a range of well-developed hospitality service, sales or operational skills and sound knowledge of industry operations.
Using discretion and judgment, they work with some independence and under limited supervision.
- Be 18 years of age or over; AND
- Have completed Year 12 or its equivalent with suitable English language skills.

Pathway from the qualification are to further study in our SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management, or a range of other Diploma qualifications.
